A: Teams integrates with SharePoint and is a tool that provides a sort of interface to Sharepoint.
It is more likely a tool you will use more directly than SharePoint, as it offers functionality such as online video calling and chatting, document storage and a variety of teams and channels for you to organise information and documents.
