Note:
To download the desktop Office 365 applications you will need a license for them.
Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions that include desktop application downloads are:
Microsoft 365 Business Standard
Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Microsoft 365 Apps

Download Microsoft 365 applications
Step 1: Visit the Microsoft 365 Site
In your web browser, visit https://www.office.com
Step 2: Sign In
Sign in (top right) with your Microsoft 365 account.
Step 3: Install Office
After signing in, click the 'Install Office' button, found at the top right of the page, and select 'Office 365 Apps'.
Save the installer and run it after it has been downloaded. Follow the prompts to install Office 365 on your computer.
Step 4: Activate Office
To activate Office once it has been installed, run an Office app, like Word, and then accept the licence agreement.
