Step 1: Adding the new account
To add a new Microsoft 365 account to Outlook on Windows when you already have an existing account, click on File, then 'Add Account'. Follow the prompts to add your account to Outlook.
Step 2: Accessing
You will be able to find your newly added email address on the left hand side of the application, underneath any previously existing email addresses.
